Our Mission:

Creating a sustainable environment where by social, cultural and economical integration of the said marginalized and vulnerable will occur, empowering them through psychosocial support, education, and economic assistance, while keeping the dignity and independence of the individual and the community.

    We strive to be as sustainable as we can be in all our projects in order not to create dependency of the beneficiary upon us but using their own potential.

  • Dignity:

    We aim to keep the dignity of our beneficiaries in everything we do. We listen to them and assist them to come up with their own solutions.

  • Accountability:

    We want to be accountable to our beneficiaries, donors and stakeholders. We do this through our regular reporting and auditing and allowing site visits. We follow government guidelines and we make sure we have all the necessary documents in place for safeguarding the organization and its beneficiaries.

  • Transparency:

    We want to be transparent in all that we do, people should be able to turn up in our office and we can show them around, our audits are clean and our reporting is honest. We are not afraid to not only show our successes but are also our struggles.

  • Impartiality:

    We treat all our beneficiaries equally, we don’t differentiate based on ethnicity, religion, affiliations.

  • Confidentiality:

    We have policies and procedures in place to safeguard the confidentiality of our beneficiaries.

  • Honesty:

    We are honest in all aspects of our work, towards staff, towards beneficiaries. We don’t make false promises, nor do we try to get anything done through dishonest means or paying bribes.

    We are result based in our approach; we need to see a change in the lives of our beneficiaries.

  • Respect:

    We respect each other as staff members in the organization and we respect our beneficiaries. Being treated with respect has a great impact on a healthy team culture and brings about transformation. We respect our beneficiaries and make sure their voices are being heard.

    We want to do the right thing at all times, we expect from our staff to adhere to our moral and ethical principles in all aspects of their work and decision making. Non-compliance has consequences.

    We are all interdependent and a lot of our projects have areas where they overlap. We work together in order to achieve the sustainable results for our beneficiaries.
